Scraping the Linkedin company pages gives us additional information that helps us filter and enrich in other steps of the workflow.
The companies info can be nice to have information in other workflows, but when the starting place is a Sales Navigator Search Url scraping the company page is necessary. We need the first name, last name, and website of somebody to find their email with an API. The Sales Navigator Search Export returns basic information about the person, such as their name, company, Sales Navigator Url, title, Linkedin company Url, and location.
The website field that is needed to find an email isn't provided by the Sales Navigator Search Export, but the Linkedin Company URL page where the website is listed is provided. We can then take these Linkedin Company URLs and use them as the starting place to get the website field to send to the email enrichment API.
Scraping the company page also gives powerful targeting information, such as the company phone number, how many employees work there, a description of the company, their industry, what year they were founded and the company's logo.
Now that we have first name, last name, website we can enrich for their email address.
