Opportunity
When someone replies to a cold outreach message and we have not yet determined if it was a positive or negative reply.
Expressed Interest
When someone indicates they are interested. It can be discussing taking a meeting, accepting a piece of content, or asking questions about the product.
Expressed InterestMeeting Set
When contact who books a meeting.
Negotiating
The period after a meeting and before a trial.
Free Trial
When the customer can test the product for free.
Later
When a contact is interested, but the timing is not right. They request that you connect with them at a later date.
Committed
When someone commits to purchasing, but has not yet completed the purchase.
Active
A paying customer.
Lost
An opportunity that responded negatively or a contact at a later stage who tells you they are no longer interested.
Referred to
When someone tells you they aren't the right contact and to talk to a specific person instead. The new referral gets the Deal Stage "Referred to" until they respond.
Referred by
The person making a referral. They think your product is interesting, but are not the decision maker and have tried to help you get to the right person.
Previous Customer
A contact who was previously paying but is no longer an active customer.
No Card on File
Registered for a free trial, but stopped registration before putting a card on file.
No Conversion After Trial
Registered for a free trial, but didn't pay when the trial period expired.
No Engagement After Initial Interest
Indicated interest, whether verbally, by taking a meeting, or signing up for a free trial, but no longer responds after repeated follow ups.
Active Automation - Not a Parvenu Customer
A paying customer for data and automation consulting, but not yet a Parvenu customer.
Replied on Linkedin
When a contact responds to a message on Linkedin.
Should be converted to a Status column trigger with the Deal Stage as "Opportunity"
