New replies for messages can be difficult to keep track of when there are hundreds of contacts in the CRM. This workflow moves a contact to the "Replied" group on monday.com when the Status column is changed to "Replied on Linkedin".

This workflow moves a contact to the "Replied" group on monday.com when the Status column is changed to "Calendly". New Calendly appointments automatically update the Status column, so any time new meetings are booked the contact is at the top of the CRM.

This workflow also marks the Calendly Booking Date column as today's date for analytics purposes.

One Calendly Booking Date column will cause a second meeting booked via Calendly to overwrite the date of the first meeting. Fix this at a later date.

Change the Status column to "Quoters" after a demo
After a demo meeting we'll send the contact a customized proposal from template and sales sequence.

Start by changing the Status column to "Quoters" after the meeting to trigger the workflow.

This will trigger the monday.com integration to send the contact's info to Slack. A new message posted to #monday-to-quoters is the trigger in Zapier.
We will use a formatter step to split the text using a comma as a delimiter and giving us all the data as separate fields. Then we will create / update a contact in Quoters using the data sent from monday.com.
Then we will do a search in the "Linkedin Messaging" tab of the Session Cookie Rotation Sheet to search the trigger column by {Status}{Pipeline} to find the Filter ID column. We will then use the Filter ID to search the "Email Campaign ID" tab of the same Sheet to find the Mailshake ID.

We then use a Formatter
step and a Lookup Table
to search by Pipeline to search for the Quoters template. Then we'll use that Template ID to create a custom proposal in Quoters for the contact that dynamically substitutes their name and company. Then we add them to a Mailshake sequence and send them the proposal link with follow ups to try to push them to sign up for a free trial.

Then when Status changes to "Quoters," we have an automation that will move the contact to the "Finished Leads" group.

Change the Status column to "Referral"
After a contact initially expresses interest, but some time has passed and they aren't communicating anymore we can use this workflow to re-engage them. We can trigger this workflow by changing Status on the monday.com board to "Interested, No Meeting."

This will trigger the native monday.com integration to send to the #monday-to-interested-no-meeting channel in Slack. This triggers the Interested - No Meeting Workflow in Zapier. We start off by using the Formatter by Zapier
to Split Text
on "|||." Then we use a Date / Time
step to format the Creation Date to just the month.

Then we'll use a Utilities
and Lookup Table
to turn the Creation Date's numerical value into the written month. ie 12 = December

Next we'll use a Path's by Zapier
step to route down to email and Linkedin outreach.
This workflow is only configured for the Data Pipeline.

The email path will trigger if the Email contains "@" and it will send to the Parvenu - Data - Expressed Interest No Meeting in Mailshake.
Linkedin
The Linkedin path will trigger if the Linkedin profile exists. It will Search
the Session Cookies board in monday.com to find the latest Session Cookie. It will then launch the Network Booster in Phantombuster.

If a contact thinks your platform is interesting, but they aren't the best person to talk to they may refer you to someone within the company. We'll trigger the referral sequence by changing Status to "Referral" on the monday.crm board.

This triggers monday.com's native Slack integration to send a message to the #monday-to-referral channel.

A new message in that Slack channel is the trigger in Zapier to active the Referral Workflow. This uses a Formatter by Zapier
step to Split Text
on "|||". Then we run a Paths by Zapier
step to split based on the pipeline.
Data
This path will trigger when the Pipeline is "Data." This will send the contact to the Parvenu - Chrome Extension Referral sequence in Mailshake.
