monday.com and Hubspot have a native two-way sync. monday is powerful, visual and simple and Hubspot integrates with more apps than just about any other platform. The two-way sync lets us take advantage of these integrations - anything that can be sent to Hubspot can by synced to monday.com automatically.

To improve on the search-ability workflow, it helps to have the unique Pulse ID from monday.com and store that information in Hubspot. This way if we can search Hubspot with any of their apps, we can also search monday.com with that same app.

When a new pulse is posted in monday.com it will send a webhook to Zapier than contains the Full Name and Pulse ID. This is the trigger to search for the corresponding contact in Hubspot by Full Name. It will then update that contact's Pulse ID field in Hubspot with the value from the created pulse on the CRM board.
