1. Write Posts as Updates

Create posts that share to multiple channels by creating a new pulse on the Content Marketing board in monday.com. You can use "{Image}" tags in the paragraphs of the update and the images will be dynamically pulled in from the Image columns.

The name of the pulse is the subject of the post. Use the Tags column to indicate the channels you want the content distributed to.

When a new update is posted it sends a message to the #monday-to-content channel in Slack.

2. Schedule the Publish Date

The Publish Date column lets you schedule future dates that you want the content to be distributed. When the Publish Date arrives, if the Status column is "Scheduled," change it published.

When the Status column changes to "Published" it triggers the content distribution workflow by sending a webhook to the #monday-to-social channel..
