Linkedin Message for Existing Contacts to Front
Linkedin Message for Existing Contacts to Front
Description
If contact exists, send to Front. If contact doesn't exist, send to Integromat.
Platform
Zapier
Schedule/Trigger
When a Webhook
is received from Linkedin to Zapier, this workflow triggers and uses a Paths by Zapier
step to split based on whether the contact exists in Front or not. This is determined by the Front Handle.
A. Contact Exists
If the contact exists it will Import Message
to Front using the Front Handle as a unique identifier.
Front Handle is mapped as Phone in Front. Zapier only allows Email and Phone as unique identifiers and not Custom. Custom as a unique identifier would allow us to use Linkedin as the unique identifier, but this isn't possible with Zapier's Front integration.

2. Contact Doesn't Exist
If the contact doesn't exist, it will send a Webhook
to Integromat and trigger the Create a Contact in Front workflow.
