New contact in specific lists on Seamless.ai

This workflow triggers when a new contact is added to specific lists in Seamless.ai. Then it searches the Session Cookie Rotation Sheet in the Linkedin Messaging Tab by List and in the Email Campaign ID tab searching by the Filter ID from the Messaging Tab.

Next we will standardize the format of the Headcount Range by removing spaces. For example, "2 - 10" becomes "2-10."

Then we will assign A/B randomly based on the timestamp being odd or even.

Now that we have the contact data, company data, and have standardized the formatting we can push the results to the Sheets to Hubspot Sheet. A workflow will watch for new rows that have an "X" in the Done column of that Sheet.

After that we will automatically connect on Linkedin by assigning Message1 from the Messaging pulled in from the Linkedin Messaging Tab of the Session Cookie Rotation Sheet and the A/B column. We will then fill in the text replacements for {First Name} and {Company} in that message and send the results to the Patrick Network Booster Sheet so that Phantombuster can auto connect with them on Linkedin.

We will then use Paths by Zapier to determine whether or not we should place an "X" in Done, depending on whether or not Seamless found an email. A missing email will cause the contact to not be created in Hubspot. To avoid this problem we will run it through several additional email enrichment programs to try and find the contact's email. Path 1 If - Email contain "@" Then - Update Done with "X" Else - Search for contact email with Hunter.io

If the contact has an email, this workflow will stop here and trigger the Sheets to Hubspot workflow.

Path 2 If - Email contain "@" Then - Update Done with "X" Else - Search for contact email with FindThatLead

If the contact was found in Hunter, it will update Done with "X," otherwise it will search FindThatLead to try and find the email. If the email is found in the third enrichment, it will update the Done column and trigger the Sheets to Hubspot workflow.
